What would you say is/are the main thing[s] missing that would allow
claiming "Full support for amd64 processors", in place of "Minimal.."?

My understanding is that, despite some names and discussions including
the "amd64" string, what is said about amd64 support applies to the
Intel (core 2 duo, anyway) processors and environment, as well. Would
you concur?

Fedora (and others?) is/are using the "x86_64" term which I interpret as
applying equally to amd64 and core2duo. Anybody wish to correct my
interpretations here?
