While that's true, that's not what I meant.

When one is looking for an answer, the fastest way to find it is to ask,
in public.  After five frustrating minutes, go ask on IRC, try two more
variations, find the right magic, and watch the channel fill with workable
solutions for a half-dozen people.

It's the _asking_ that is key.
