That is plan C or possibly D. Requesting/forcing Fry's to do anything
carries grave risks of lost and ruined equipment, long delays with nothing
done, etc.

Plan A is to have someone more knowledgable try to diagnose it. Plan B is
directly contact the manufacturer.

My money is still on ALL of the following:

0. good HW

1. bad Vista driver

2. badly configured F8 driver
