You are asking for something that (when it was last printed about 5
years ago) made a two-volume book each about 3 or 4 inches thick.  It
had on the average a couple of pages for each program.

O'Reilly has a Linux Pocket Guide for about $10 which might be a good
place to start.  When I was last at That Technical Bookstore, they had
it in stock.
