This is another one we ran into. I happened to have a mail message some 40MB long (DNS diffs when ACS migrated to a new DNS table management tool) and the Web UI dutifully tried to suck down all 40MB, finally crashing Firefox and leaving a smoking crater in its place.

Apparently it's solution came about from this bug:

Despite the relatively high versioning numbers on Zimbra, it's definitely a work in progress. It's quite a solid IMAP server, though, which was our main concern.
