Does it recover from sleep? That's the problem people have been reporting. I've seen postings suggesting workarounds to Linux, and very recent kernels work much better. This is an example of where Linux kernel developers can be very pig-headed. Until very recently, they have rejected patches to the SCSI layer to support drive sleep, because "SCSI is used in servers and servers shouldn't sleep".
