In addition, the only country which has managed to have a growing middle
class over the last couple of years are those meddlesome Canadians with
all of their support structures to try to be a little more fair.
The latest data is starting to show that the "middle class" is *not*
something that spontaneously arises or exists. It seems to require
quite a bit of governmental tending.
