Damn Small Linux comes to mind, but I think that one is so pared-down that it may be considered a repair/diagnostic tool rather than a distribution. Other opinions invited here. And someone correct me if I'm wrong, but Puppy is busybox based, resulting in some programs having different or missing command-line options.
