Your average web-browsing user won't notice. If they changed the IP in the middle of a transaction, sure, that would probably mess up the transaction; if they wait until there's relatively little traffic, the chances of that are small. And it can be blamed "On The Internet". Screwing up ssh sessions only affects a small fraction of the users. Presumably, those are the ones who should upgrade to "business service" anyway. The question is... is it worth the trouble? -- If you want to run a server, be prepared to pay more; If you won't pay extra, expect to be shown the door.
