c/s == client/server Yes, I want to have one music store on one server and have several machines on the network w/ Amarok FEs (front ends) tapping into that store. Amarok through NFS is working on one machine (haven't tested 2 or 2 at once), but the music has pauses. Maybe a nfs tune parameter? Hard rather than soft? My reading says Amarok 2.x has been requested to be c/s and may be. -- Lan Barnes SCM Analyst Linux Guy Tcl/Tk Enthusiast Biodiesel Brewer -- [email protected] http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-list
