I've been asked for pdf2ascii Googling indicates that it's part of Ghostscript. My RHEL4 boxes have Ghostscript installed, but a version that's like 5 years old (7.07), and there is no pdf2ascii binary. I grabbed the tarball for 8.61 and built it, but there's no pdf2ascii in there, either.
