We only run it on Linux, so I'm unaware of platform incompatibilities. Also, I'm only aware of versions up to 2.6.2, so I'm not sure what you mean by "v15 or v16." In any case, versions 2.0+ of R don't run on CentOS 4 with stock repos. R 2.0+ requires at least readline-5.0.3, and the Cent4 default repos only include up to readline 4. -- Brad Beyenhof http://augmentedfourth.com I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use. ~ Galileo Galilei, astronomer and physicist (1564-1642) -- [email protected] http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-list
