I've never used PalmOS on a smartphone, but I owned three different
Palm PDAs over the course of about seven years. I love the OS, though
I don't use it anymore (index cards suffice for recording things on
the go).

Be careful with installing software willy-nilly on the Palm; I'm
pretty sure the reason I went through so many is that I ran them into
the ground with all my constant tinkering.

I have no idea about about the GPS capabilities of modern Palm
devices, but they pretty much all have bluetooth.

I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with
sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use.
