No, *you* would. It has already been shown that home school teachers
already exceed your "10 educators" by results.
Why should some certification be required? That's just busybodies

Homeschooled kids
do *better* than public school kids. That is a *fact*. Explain
why that is true *now* if homeschool parents *aren't* equal to 10
professionals.
