Since F7, only DVD images have been officially distributed. The only
CDs I've ever seen are physical media for purchase from some company,
not freely downloadable images.

I've got an F8 DVD lying around somewhere, I think, if you can't find
one anywhere else... however, I would suggest first going to Carl. He
makes really nice labels and provides the discs for a nominal fee
(proceeds go directly to KPLUG, of course).
