I wondered why it was marked [off-list] when it was [on-list]. :)

Update: I tried to D/L a Live CD ISO and burn it. (I found it just before I saw Carl's response to me off-list.) It seemed to burn OK (using a free CD/DVD burner for Windows that I found on the 'net after getting the ISO image), but it failed to work. Could be a fluke bad CD, could be wrong burn speed, could be a bad image, or could be bad burning software (how good could it be since it uses .NET? :) ).

I figure I'll try one more time and then probably contact Carl if it doesn't work.

It really is time to fix my other computers (the ones with the DVD burners in them).
