Works for me.

I got the URL from a Google search on "Eight or Nine Wise Words".   It
came up with the title
"A Selection from the Letters of Lewis Ca - Google Books Result" and a
rather long URL.  I looked at it and used TinyURL to compact it.

Trying again with the TinyURL I got it again.  Fedora Core 3, Firefox
2.0.0.3.  Also Opera 9.02.
