I don't remember what story it was, but some SciFi I read, one of the characters had an extra body cavity added surgically just for the purpose of contraband. Realistically, I could buy a T-flash or mini-SD card, tape it to the back of a credit card in the middle of the stack of credit cards in my wallet, and I doubt anyone would find it. But, as the other poster said, I suspect they're mostly interested in address books and stuff like that. Exploitative photos might be a bad idea, though.
