I go through this maybe once a year.

To make PostgreSQL accept tcp/ip connections, I must:

1. add "-i" to the postmaster PGOPTS in the startup script

2. do some mojo in pg_hba.conf

1 is done and confirmed. 2 is eluding me. There may be a 3 or I may have 1
and 2 wrong.

I own every postgres book on planet earth, and am constantly baffled on
how difficult it is to find the answers to simple questions in them. It
must be me.
