That's the free hosted version of software called DekiWiki (http://wiki.opengarden.org/Deki_Wiki
), which is fantastically friendly to non-computer experts. It has a
nice rich text editor which works in all browsers and saves mere
mortals from having to deal with Wiki markup. Permissions are easy to
deal with, and it has a regular complement of other modern wiki
features like tags and RSS feeds.
Definitely worth a look if the goal is to focus on the information and
not the system behind it. It also happens to be the brainchild of a
local San Diego company!
