I used Bookmark Sync and Sort[0] for a while. It requires an FTP or WebDAV server. I used WebDAV with Apache using SSL and basic authentication. Even with the plugin, I found it annoying to keep everything in sync among three different computers. Now I just keep all my bookmarks in del.icio.us and use their Firefox plugin[1].
