WTF is an "Islamofascist terrorist"? Isn't FISA being used for drug
dealers, kiddie porn lovers, and FAWK political dissidents or the "other"
party?

Look, the Constitution means something or it doesn't. But it's the fabric
of all law, so if it's toilet paper, then I for one don't feel
particularly bound by _any_ law (which makes me just like W).
