Smartcards carry cash directly on them. Individually charged debit
cards are an option. Debit cards connected to an account also work like
credit cards (mostly). There are a couple of other options as well.
The advantage, of course, if the fact that the transaction fees tend to
be quite a bit lower than PayPal.
