So you can't install it somewhere with a net connection and download all of those codecs etc and then take it to the place with no net connection? I'm not aware of any distro that will work out of the box. You could download all of the RPM's for the extra stuff from the repo's somewhere else and bring them over on CD/thumbdrive etc. and install them.
