Doesn't this XP sound an awful lot like enshrining SEI CMM level 1 as the
highest level to aspire to?
It's just too programmer-centric and too dependent on heroism.
I prefered when we called it by its real name- seat of your pants
programming. It occassionally works, if your team is talented enough and
the problem simple enough (of course, if thats the case any method will
work). It fails in all other cases.
