Windows has similar problems to Linux, in that until recently it
wouldn't report uptimes beyond a fixed value. It is worth pointing out
that this didn't prevent Windows from occasionally showing up in the top
100 list with some obviously impossible values. That and things like
systems changing their OS without their uptime going down are an
indicator of just how unreliable this data is.
