If you *really* want me to look, I can poke around Debian 1.3.1 (circa
1997) for some programs that still work on Fedora Core 5, with no
recompiling at all.

The archives that are publicly accessible for Debian 1.1 and 1.2 are
source only, so they make poor candidates.
