Your little chart is completely garbled for me. It seems to be suffering

there someplace where this is laid out so it will make sense?

Try the link.
http://www.emboss.co.nz/pentopt/opcode_i.html
Is this any better?
*=======================================================================
INT* Call interrupt procedure
operands bytes 8088 186 286 386 486 Pentium
3 1 72 45 23+m 33 26 13 NP
imm8 2 71 47 23+m 37 30 16 NP
Protected mode
bytes 8088 186 286 386 486 Pentium
1 - - (40-78)+m 59-99 44-71 27-82 NP
=========================================================================
This is a problem with GMail. Maybe there is a solution. I do not
know how to specify that the font used is non-proportional.
Well, things line up now, but without some key as to what the units are,
it still has little meaning. For example, what is the meaning on NP
under the Pentium? What is the meaning of imm8 under operands? What is
the (40-78)+m under the 286 protected mode?
I can actually find out because I have the spec sheets (more like a full
book) for these processors, but then the burden is on the reader to do
more digging than should be required to follow this thread.
Your link does give an abbreviated version of what is in the spec
sheets, so a cursory look indicates it's sufficient for figuring what is
going on if one is already familiar with the processors.
