No need to step outside to second tier (in terms of popularity)
languages. A kind of fundamental aspect of Java, and in particular
things like JSP and EJB. Indeed, the only languages where this is even
an issue are those with static binding.
The reason I brought up Ada is that Ada is not what you'd consider a
dynamic losely-typed language. :-)
