ECMA 334 and 335 for C# and CLR are a lot better than the mess they're
making of their document format. There are even other companies involved
and such.
Admitedly, there are some utterly stupid things in CLR, like that each CLR
executable has a windows .exe header on it, since they weren't able to
figure out how to get their OS to just run CLR executables.
