As I said before: most of the patents that apply to C# would also apply
to Java. The beauty of patents is it's not who came out with the
language first, it's who came up with the patent first. :-) Anyway, Sun
has done a cross-licensing deal with Microsoft to protect themselves,
but that makes Java about as safe as C# really.
