I do not know. It is readily available through Amazon in both used and new editions. Why would you "feel a little better if I could see that these books were still in print."? My search on the ISbN lists onlY Amazon sites. I suspect the book is out of print. A search on Elsivier site reveals nothing. I do believe this book is worthy of reprinting, but that is a separate issue form the merit of its content. As it is the web IMHO is a fine way in our current world of offering the book to a larger public. Do you feel otherwise?
