I do not know. It is readily available through Amazon in
both used and new editions. Why would you "feel a little
better if I could see that these books were still in print."?

My search on the ISbN lists onlY Amazon sites. I suspect the
book is out of print. A search on Elsivier site reveals nothing.

I do believe this book is worthy of reprinting, but that is a
separate issue form the merit of its content. As it is the web
IMHO is a fine way in our current world of offering the book to a
larger public.

Do you feel otherwise?
