The things I wind up being annoyed about in *any* Lisp are simply the huge number of unfinished, untested libraries and the miniscule number of finished, fully-tested libraries.

Because Lispers just *love* to reinvent an incomplete wheel--it's so much fun. Lispers are Cascade of Attention Deficit Teenagers programming at its best.
