Yea, it makes non-programmers think they can program. I've also seen
such interfaces create bloat an order of magnitude higher than
hand-coding the same thing in another language.
The major downside to it - it's M$ (see previous posts about IP,
patents, and licensing, not to mention portability).
BTW, I can build a UI pretyy darn fast using the Sun Net Beans IDE.
