Ayup. But it also allows non-programmers to get something done. It's a
tradeoff.
The fault is not with the *tool*. It's with the idiots who can't see
that there is a difference between slapping out a quick VB hack and a
well-thought out UI.
This holds for both the workers *and* the managers.
The major downside to it - it's M$ (see previous posts about IP,
patents, and licensing, not to mention portability).
