i have been using storix for a number of years now and i like it alot.
it is a commercial product but also offers a free version for personal
use.

it does everything i would like it to do and more. the best part about
storix is the disaster recovery. if i have hardware that fails, i know i
can reinstall the complete system even if i have to put it on different
hardware.

also, they are located in san diego.
