Use the rpm file -- much easier. http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/fedora/updates/3/i386/firefox-1.0.7-1.1.fc3.i386.html Download it, become root, and type: rpm -Uvh firefox-1.0.7-1.1.fc3.i386.rpm (or whatever its name is) and hit enter.
