Still being on dialup, and not quite ready to switch yet, I'm getting
tired of all the jpegs and such that keep breaking before being fully
loaded by Firefox. Is there a way to get the jpegs and such to load
more reliably?
I think it's because of my connection being so slow. But where does the
break occur? Is it my browser that's too impatient? Is it my ISP being
to impatient? Is it further up?
If it is breaking because of something further up being too impatient,
is there such a thing as an online proxy (perhaps close to my ISP)? And
if so, would it help? I installed squid, and it seems to be helping a
little.
Or is there a way to get the browser to keep on trying to grab the rest
of the image?
