I have a directory full of MP3 files. I would like to play them with
something. (this is on my CentOS 5.2 system).

I have RhythmBox installed. When I try to use it, I get to a really
friendly GUI which would like me to Browse a Library. But I don't have
a Library, that I know of. And I don't get any guidance about how to
create a library, or import my files into their library, or anything.

I can get to "Choose Library Location" and point it at a directory of
MP3's. Then I see a list of the files in that directory, but the names
are all greyed out. I don't know if there is a problem with illegal
characters in file names, or what. The file names have spaces in them,
and some non-ASCII characters.

No guidance at <http://live.gnome.org/Rhythmbox/FAQ> either.

What do I do next?
