Tracy, John, Stewart, Gregory --

How's moderation working for you on the new lists? I have this feeling John and Stewart are gritting their teeth every time they have to hit a webpage to moderate posts instead of just making mutt do the dirty work in a reply to the list daemon.

Having not previously been listed as a moderator cc:, I had no idea the daily quantity of crap that comes through the list. (Well, ~5/day/list isn't too bad all things considered, but when they're spread out and 90% crap it seems annoying.) I know Mark Wolfe started on setting up SpamAssassin+Amavis on sparky, and once he has that integrated into the mailflow we can have Mailman default discard crap that has unacceptable SA scores. That should bring the necessity for human interaction down greatly.

Also, Debian makes available the following CLI utility - surely we can install it (be my guest, 'apt-get install listadmin') if you'd rather work from a shell:

Or have you guys come up with other creative solutions? Or is the webpage really not that bad?
