There are a couple possible solutions, one is to write a little script which does the type conversion, another is to download every one to text and then re-upload thru WebDAV and forcing type to "Wiki Page" in the process. I have to look into the best way to do it, but that's where we're at.
Meanwhile I marked everything you uploaded as "published" so they'll show up in site-wide searches, although they may look a little funny and won't be editable by anyone but you.
