The steering committee of the KPLUG SIG of SDCS would very much like for a copy of the fully SDCS bylaws to be made available for us to examine, so that we may properly formulate our plan for assisting SDCS in this transition time.
We realize that SDMUGs departure will certainly mean the eventual departure of SDMUG representatives serving as members of the SDCS Board, and would very much like to ease the transition. Having the full text of the bylaws will allow us to catch up on what we may have been neglecting, as well as helping us formulate a plan to guide SDCS in the future.
