The way I read it, was that the [kplug-newbie] Subject: line mangling
would allow the requestor to more easily find kplug-newbie messages that
mistakenly got tagged as spam.

I don't know how much control the requestor has over the ISP's anti-spam
measures.

I am not convinced there is no problem, but I will agree that 1) we
don't see this problem and 2) not a lot of people do.
