I was removed as a moderator, so I don't suffer from the message deluge. I'm not sure about autobouncing the non-subscriber postings. I just drop them on my mailman lists. If you bounce, then you end up with lots of bounce bounces, because the spammers use fake email addresses. I don't bounce much of anything these days because it consumes to much network resources dealing with the spammers. Just silently drop the non-subscriber postings and let the few legitimate non-subscription posters figure it out for themselves. Perhaps we need a prominent warning on http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo that postings from non-subscribed posters are dropped silently. -- Neil Schneider pacneil_at_linuxgeek_dot_net http://www.paccomp.com Key fingerprint = 67F0 E493 FCC0 0A8C 769B 8209 32D7 1DB1 8460 C47D "When the politicians complain that TV turns the proceedings into a circus, it should be made clear that the circus was already here, and that TV has merely demonstrated that not all the performers are well trained." - Edward R.
