Gentlemen: As the recently designated KPLUG treasurer, I am working on getting our finances in order. Richard Ernst turned over a box of bank statements to me along with about five boxes of KPLUG property -- mostly KPLUG shirts. I will prepare a summary report of these materials for the KPLUG meeting on Thursday September 14.
We need to set up a bank account with the SDCS EID so that the funds in Richard's personal account can be transferred to us. Two or three other members have KPLUG cash from various fund raising events. This cash also belongs in the account that we need to set up. If possible, I'd like to deal with these issues without any additional meetings. I will be available before and after the Thursday KPLUG meeting.
