They appear to bolt on to the motor in a snorkel looking arrangement. I think it is the Sonex and their VW style motor that I have seen them on the most.
Has anyone here used them? and Specifically on a Great Plains Type II, and if so where did you get them? Did they work well? I am sure I can make them but if they are already made and at a reasonable price, I would like to buy a set. I have never really cared for the standard alum baffles for cosmetic reasons but more importantly, I would think that these fiberglass baffles would be much more efficient and lighter and I would like to shed the eyesore and weight.
