Sid,
 I had the same problem -I had no SCAT duct either.
I put it down to using aviation oil in the Revmaster. I also added an
adjustable cowling exit duct and enlarged the inlet ducts.
Don't know which of these worked, but my test pilot complained because the
oil temps were too LOW .....just can't win!
