106 seems slow for a KR. 
Ask where is the heat being generated that is closest to oil? If everything 
else is right it has to be the bottom of the pistons. It seems to me that 
proper cooling is a system. Baffling, fuel, ignition timing. You mention oil 
temp, what about cylinder head temps? It is helpful to have all parts of the 
puzzle.
