Contrary to some pilots out there, I would like to see the video in question.
Many things can be learned from the actions of others, especially when the
actions involve life or death in aircraft. I send my condolences to the family
and friends of the pilot and feel that since he had a camera taking pictures of
the flight, many of us could learn about the spin characteristics of the KR-2.
I feel that this particular pilot wanted to learn and possibly pass on his
flight experiences to others and that is why he went to the trouble of
installing the camera. What a shame if we pilots don?t take advantage of his
experience.

I own N54PB which is a conventional, built to plans KR-2 with a 1830cc VW with
turbo charger and retractable landing gear. I have never spun my bird but had
done rolls and stalls in it. I have some training in spins in a Citabria over
Apple Valley California back in the early 70s. I also have about 4000 hours of
jet simulator training in F-4s, DC-8, Dc-10, L-1011, B-727, and B757.

Your thoughts may very.
