I hear all you guys say good things about Great Plains and there engines but I have to say I am very disappointed in the company at this point. I sent my case out for machine work two months ago and the gentleman on the phone told me they would have it back to me in 21 days. They do not communicate things very well and every time I call he always tells me the same thing it's sitting in the parts cleaner and it's next on the list. So who here has a better alternative because I'm not sure I want to use that company for parts or anything at this point my kr will never get off the ground if I keep waiting on them.
